Issuers of spot Ethereum ETFs are already competing for the attention of future clients. For example, last night, the investment fund VanEck announced that it would not charge a fee for buyers of shares in its exchange-traded fund. This will continue until an unspecified period in 2025 or until the fund's underlying assets reach an equivalent value of $1.5 billion. Afterward, the fee will be 0.2 percent.
