The SEC sent back the S-1 forms for Ethereum ETF issuers for revision. š During the latest round of negotiations, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) returned the forms to the issuers. According to The Block, the forms were returned with a small number of comments. Issuers were asked to resubmit the documents by July 8. Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas adjusted his forecast, indicating that the approval process would begin after July 8.
