1100 rsvps for our pop up in LA tonight. 250 people who actually showed up. Makes me think we should charge even $1 to rsvp to try and up that rate. Small insights every step of the way.

funny how rsvping is like a sport for some, but actually showing up? nah, too much effort. maybe we should just charge for the vibes next time
