Circulating supply at the moment is approximately 561MM QUIL, not all is bridged, issuance rate was relatively linear (but will move to PoMW issuance rate in 1.4.18). I can't answer FDV, as Q Inc does not engage in secondary markets, but there will be roughly 2B outstanding QUIL at approximately 10 years.
