he's wrong.
the collector.min.js code that mentions phantom is a fingerprinting script, when you deobfuscate it, the use of "phantom" as a standalone string is checking for the presence of a font named "Phantom", and "hasWindowPhantom" is related to the neighboring check for browser extensions.
