builders, client devs, snap/miniapp devs, users alike – we want to hear you, but we also have quite the overhead. if you're reaching out wanting to discuss things, i simply ask that you include what you want to talk about in your first message, because the amount of spam we have to sift through is immense. a good deal of the true spam is easy, they ask to be a sugar daddy or similar, but there's another constituency that just says "hi", "hi cassie", or similar, and without replying, there's no way to know what the outcome is going to be. directness is not rude – please be direct!
