Something definitely changed with Opus 4.5. It went from me frequently telling it "you're doing X wrong, don't do that", and it would happily reply with "you're absolutely right!" and proceed to do X wrong again, to now, where I've had moments where I too quickly reacted to tell it that it was wrong as a force of habit, only to find _I_ was wrong.
