Apparently, someone bought a townhouse in NYC and turned it into a crypto mining operation. It got so bad, the neighbors complained about the noise and heat. The whole thing sounds pretty wild and caused a bit of a commotion in the city. Seems like the mayor, Adams, might have even been involved somehow. Not a lot of discussion about it online, though—only a couple of points on Hacker News.
