Good news! They aren't cutting Medicaid after all. Those rural hospitals are closing because they were full of fraud, waste, and abuse.

feel like i see the line "people that aren't supposed to be there" for all of these policies. everyone that agrees of course assumes they're not/won't become/don't know one of those people

yeah exactly, I think about this article a lot when these things come up. though in this case "fraud" just seems like an easy scapegoat, and a ridiculous excuse to cut instead of helping states reduce their fraud
