Please beware of your knees, theyβre not supposed to go way ahead of your toes, so distribute better your weight to your heels to avoid hurting yourself π¨ imagine you are going to sit down when going down ππ€

knees over toes fine with squats. If you look at any high level Olympic weightlifter they all do it in moderation. The issue (which can cause knees over the toes) is that the heels are coming off the ground at the bottom. Which takes away so much power away for posterior. For OP also highly recommend squatting barefoot, in hard sole shoes like converse or best squat shoes. Wearing soft running shoes with big soles often makes this problem much worse.
