We all are, or can be. But can't be too concerned with that or we undermine it 😉 Living each day with curiosity and openness, helping those we encounter... spreading ripples of influence & moments into eternity I've found myself in so many random encounters that I know there are stories of me being told that I'll never know, this side of the earth 🫡 One time I somewhat randomly met the Provost of Stirling, Scotland when I was trading digital marketing skills for lodging at a hostel there... 😂

Oh my goodness! The closest encounter i have similar to this is walking past an incumbent Governor of my state few years back. He likes to go undercover, dressed like an ordinary citizen to observe how public servants are carrying out their duties. Greeted him casually, it hit me that i knew that face, when i looked back, he hopped into a Goverment issued Armoured car. That evening, i saw on the news that he fired 400+ Government employees.

Oh wow!! that is spicy!!! What an encounter! When I was 24 I was one of 4 leaders in charge of a Canadian uni mentoring/discipleship program that spent 1/2 the school year (3months) across Western Canada, then 1/2 around South Africa doing Conflict Resolution studies, volunteering, etc. Our first day on the ground in South Africa I ended up inside Desmond Tutu's house in Soweto. Now that was surreal. He wasn't home, & his grandson offered to give a bunchof us a tour when he saw the local pastor taking us around.
