Today I had a track session with my trainer. I’m moving on next month and changing runna for a real person to prepare for Cardiff half marathon in October. I think it will be better to really focus on the things I need to improve.
But first there will be the Edinburgh half marathon in two weeks, followed by two weeks of rest.
Let’s go!
Today was:
- many jumps in the beginning. And then:
- 5 x 400m (running by the feeling that I could repeat it 5 times. It ended up being 5 times around 5:00 - 5:15)
- With 200m jogging slow to recover in between
