First speed run on a treadmill. It was tough. The watch was always behind the speed of the treadmill and I tried to compensate. I finished it very tired. Pace was not 7 something. It was something between 5:45 and 5:30, which is very fast for me. There were also some walks between the splits.
Later I learned that it is normal. The watch cannot track well the treadmill workout because of many reasons - arms movement, length of the stride and cadence which are different in the treadmill. So next time, I think I’ll follow the speed of the treadmill.
What are your experiences on that?
