Today I completed 100 workouts. For someone that never liked to go to the gym, that’s a great achievement.
I started strength training last year to support my running goals. I can tell that it is very important and somehow I manage to keep showing up and doing my workouts.
For me, it would not be possible without a trainer that prepares my weekly plan, and who I meet once a month. And here I am… 100 workouts… impressive! 💪
