My dad and I have had our rough patches, but his simple advice for surviving life has never steered me wrong
1. Eat when you can
2. Sleep when you can
3. Pee when you can
Every trip/event/activity where I followed this advice turned out pretty good.
Life is more than just handling these of course, but it’s always shocking to me how much the basics of my biology affects my experience of everything else.
