It’s usually said that if you’re using useEffect, you’re doing it wrong. Instead, use other library hooks, or refactor useEffect usage into a separate file, exporting with a business-logic name In this case it’d be useStoredValue(“name”) hook But i’m not sure I fully understand what is the confusion
