The eldest daughter faced attacks from her wife because of her decision to have a child outside of a formal marriage and at a young age. The wife says that one should plan a pregnancy when one has one's own place to live, a stable job and financial well-being. In her opinion, her daughter's friends are girls of questionable behavior. It is also amusing to observe that my wife herself found herself in a similar situation many years ago: when she was young, she gave birth to her first child by a man with whom she soon broke up. My wife and I met by chance in a nightclub, the relationship developed rapidly, then pregnancy and the creation of a family. She had no special education or housing of her own at that time, her friends were also not the most decent people. Despite such a past, now the wife adheres to strict moral standards. Where does this strange peculiarity of some women to forget their own past sins immediately after marriage come from?
