Here’s how cabal.fun works:

Choose a name, token symbol, image, and set a target cap (aka:Cabal Cap) to create your token.

Your token is now in “Cabal” Phase. Everyone can buy or sell with same valuation.

When the target cap (aka:Cabal Cap) is reached, a liquidity pool is seeded and locked permanently on Raydium with ALL raised funds + %48 of the token supply. 

Your token is now in “DEX” Phase available on decentralized exchanges.

In a future update, token creators will be able to enable an optional 50% DEX fee at the time of creation. This is a one-time choice and cannot be changed later. 

It will be up to traders to buy or sell based on their view of whether the DEX fee is enabled.
