I landed a date next weekend with the hottest girl I’ve ever been on a date with, and my gut biome is so out of whack from an infection that I have deadly farts every 10–20 minutes. Wish me luck.

yeah hopefully but it’s gonna take a couple weeks total and luckily I now realize the oil and protein I was taking was making it worse
