The fully doxxed have more skin in the game than the pseuds, which is why it’s perplexing to me how in many instances pseuds are more easily able to accrue trust

many scammers use the -i’m doxxed excuse to lure you in and divert from their scamming, A pseudonym doesnt necessarily mean much

i use my real name for example, i just dont think im famous enough for that to matter to anyone online

I think being doxxed is actually a good thing. If you scam, you really only can do it once (people have memories unless you find new marks). 

But I also do think that with ai, we will trust more anons because they will look so real :)

i wished my foss contributions where greater, but im mostly anon everywhere. Agusti is my real name but i dont see the point of making opsec harder and publish my full name, which wouldnt be much useful to someone doing due dilligence bc i dont have much of a digital footprint on other social media or google anyways

I think I qualify for the first 2. Maybe in some circles I may be known. I’m mostly Google-able. 

And I agree you do due diligence no matter what. More if you’re anon if you ask me.
