X update - obviously the hacker changed my email address and phone number. They should have records of what was there before since I’m *ID Verified* and had the same email there since 2007. Makes me wonder what they’re on about. This is the 2nd support request I made. Can’t make a 3rd yet

Wow, talk about a disaster. Was he also premium+ and id verified? It’s like these support people are worse than LLMs. I’m seriously considering going to make a police report, not sure if that makes a difference to make them take it seriously.

This happened to you in April? So April 13 was the hack and you were back posting on April 17? How many support tickets did you end up filling up? I have a few emails - but do you have any that stood out or was it all a case of just replying to support tickets?
