congrats to all @ethkyiv hackers who committed! more hackathons should leverage commit to filter out hackers who won't show up or sumbit projects -- raising both the quantity+quality bar 🧠

Can you tell me a bit more about commit used as a filter - hackers normally do show up and submit projects right, the real measurement is if they’re still working on it 90 days later?

we’re building /commit, an onchain accountability protocol+app that lets people commit to achieving a goal with financial stake (crypto). there’re a number of verification methods that fit hackathon and other use cases! re: hackathon commits many people don’t actually submit — even if they show up. there’re drop-offs at each step (sign up, show up, hack, submit, continue post hackathon). love 90+ days post-hackathon commit to see it through!
