Someone I know told me that your 40s are better than your 30s

It’s uplifting and motivating but I just celebrated my 42 birthday and it doesn’t feel like the best time of my life 🙄

I have health problems, financial troubles, don’t have a family and feel lonely at times

It’s difficult to look ahead and believe that my 40s will be better than my 30s 🤷🏻‍♂️

I can’t wave a magic wand or promise it all gets easier. But I can say your health doesn’t define you it just takes time to adapt around. Farcaster turned into a kind of strange adopted family for me and from what I see you’re one of the people helping hold it together. 💜
