As you may have noticed, I’ve changed my link to one explain Functional Neurological Disorder - the condition that left me unable to walk and talk (I have very much improved!)
TLDR - my brain was overwhelmed with pain signals and couldn’t signal anymore. It took two years’ therapy to relearn how to do those things.

Have you ever experienced depression or anxiety?

Oh my yes in spades! Sport used to be my go-to thing to unwind then I couldn’t do it anymore. Plus my mind was working at the same speed as normal but I couldn’t get the words out - ‘frustrating’ doesn’t quite do it justice. 🙃💜Bx

I remember at that time..noone was there, stood by me, not family nor friends...
I'm still feeling so exhausted talking about it!!!!
Really i felt like i don't wanna live anymore!!!!!

But thank God!

Much cognitive behavioural therapy, medication and patience. It wasn’t a quick process adjusting to a new way of living that’s for sure. First step is to ask a loved one or professional for help. That’s probably the hardest one. 💜Bx

How do you deal with it because, as probably 2 years back?I had it and I didn't know what to do.And everything around me is like something is fired along what I don't wanna be here or just be like I don't even know how to explain!!
