Visit the northwestern areas. They are hard to get to during other times of the year and have beautiful waterfalls and hotsprings. They are also less frequented by tourists.

Also visit Vestmannaeyjabær (island) which is a great ferry ride and beautiful, but also eat at Slippurinn. What an amazing meal.

Also, in Reykjavik there is a bakery called Brauð & Co
