I wish more people in this space realized that most teams and projects are absolutely winging it and flying by the seat of their pants

There is this unhealthy idea around that just because someone has a successful project it somehow makes them smarter than average retail 

I assure you it's not the case

Having worked for startups and crypto projects for a few years now I can confirm that’s absolutely the case.

That’s not necessary bad tho- incipient projects do change and evolve, and being able to adapt on the fly without messing everything up is a skill teams in the space need to have to survive.
