It was an honor for Brogan Law to represent Clanker in its acquisition today by Farcaster. In the year of crypto M&A, the synergies of this deal are unmistakeable. Clanker is one of the fastest growing platforms in the meta, and Farcaster is now ubiquitous across the crypto ecosystem. This one is personal for us, as I met @dish and my colleague @dantheman on Farcaster (special shout out to @codeofcrypto for the introduction). We were proud to serve as Clanker’s counsel through every stage of the process, and it’s gratifying to see it all come full circle today. Congratulations, Jack. Can't wait to see whats next.
