We're now in the third year of Brogan Law PLLC, and I like to take the new year as a moment to consciously record what we are about. A mission statement. This is what we do. This is who we are. In 2026, I am beyond excited for more of it. https://open.substack.com/pub/broganlaw/p/brogan-law-is-built-for-war-ddf?r=487bq2&utm_medium=ios

I had a really interesting conversation with Keith Castaldo at lunch a few weeks ago, and I decided to invite him on the Newsletter. In this edition, we discuss GENIUS, Market Structure, and how to build influence in Washington. I think its a much read if you're interested in the next twelve months of crypto policy. Thank you to Keith, and Avōq, for sponsoring our newsletter. https://open.substack.com/pub/broganlaw/p/what-comes-next-in-washington-with?r=487bq2&utm_medium=ios

Mostly when I post my writing here it has to do with crypto or the law. But today its a little different. My essay about private golf courses made it into The Golfer's Journal this quarter, and I hope you check it out. Golf, for me, is the one constant that always brings me home. So for someone to put my stories about being back in Maine in print, its just really special. Thanks Tom Coyne for giving me that chance. https://www.golfersjournal.com/editorial/lets-redefine-private/?srsltid=AfmBOooA_tO56hDolrwiWwiQoqfTcZQ_HC0YBdwBoSbX8nYeYjTpjxVR
