was talking with @garrett about this recently. 
are you saying that having markets that with near-term conclusion dates is good? (as opposed to an end-of-season bracket that is open all season)

I think part of the fun of the playoffs is you create both an ongoing engagement beyond one game and don’t have the payoff too far away.

Betting on who wins a season would take a long time to lock up capital - which is bracky is making money on trading volume doesn’t seem like a good strategy.

I don’t bet on sports pre bracky, yet realize each sport has a different vibe / see prop bets and footballl etc.
