Youths don’t know how to read in third person anymore, yet Alpha, the private school that only uses AI to teach, is recording a jump of 2 years in the students’ achievements (by USA standards). AI is simply a tool as good as the wielder 🤷

it has definitely changed, and I saw some people also lament the fluctuation in followers (a couple of mine dropped and I had literally just posted about hitting the 100 milestone RIP) I'm just so sad that even here we now have to pay for visibility (like with X pro) if that is the case

Pilates is actually hard. You think you’re there for gentle gymnastics but no, it’s a hardcore resistance workout. Reformer Pilates? So much fun. I feel like an acrobat and I forget the struggle. Mat/floor Pilates? Ouch. I start aching as soon as I leave. Guess what 4 classes I signed up for this week 💀
