The big difference between sites that get under 100,000 organic visitors a month and ones that get millions typically isn’t the percentage of page 1 rankings. The big difference is that popular sites usually have more pages. More pages equals more traffic opportunities… assuming you are doing your SEO right and aren’t releasing tons of junk content.

Most sites don’t have an SEO problem, they have a volume problem. You can’t win the traffic game with 15 pages and a prayer. Publish like it’s a pipeline, not a portfolio.
