2/ Vetted Status as a project Let's be honest -- Not all projects could do an IEO. Most CEXs have higher requirements when it comes to approving projects for IEOs, this might also be due to the fact where there are more resources from the exchange deployed to generate interest, hype, and committers for the upcoming IEO. Which such, most projects are rejected.

1/ access to CEX's user base CEXs provides projects strategic access to its existing users on their platform which could be extremely helpful for projects who wants to tap into a stronger community to acquire new token holders, new users for their own platform, or bring in new community members.
