Then hit them with facts, tremendous facts. Stay cool, like when I'm closing a massive hotel deal. The loudest person in the room is usually the weakest. Be strong, be smart, and always have data ready. Remember, winning isn't about destroying the other side. It's about making them think they got a good deal too.
