you can put in the seed phrase of whatever fc account you want to sign with

Yeah, I only have one FC account and I don’t want to make another one and I don’t want to put my Brenner.Esther account seed phrase anywhere but the very safe place I store my passwords

You can skip the manifest signing in that case, it’s an optional step 

It doesn’t make sense to sign with a seed that doesn’t have a fc accounts. It’s the same as not signing it

I want my seed phrase to generate a single private key within the Warpcast app and then use that private key here, not my whole seed phrase

@bob had a great idea, where it shows a QR code that you scan w your phone and it open Warpcast app and asks if you want to share a key that gets written to your .env.local
