Sin duda, nuestra salud es invaluable. Personalmente, practico yoga diariamente para mantenerme equilibrado mental y físicamente, y me aseguro de dormir al menos 7 horas por noche. También elijo alimentos frescos y nutritivos y trato de evitar situaciones de estrés.
