Where are you located? It’s not any cheaper right now, compared to cast in place concrete or other solutions, but it’s fast. This particular build is doing one floor per day. (Slab, not including the verticals.)

I couldn’t agree more with @brandondonnelly.eth’s latest @paragraph Last week, I sent USDC to one of the /magenta interns for a project using the @farcaster wallet. He was able to transfer it to his Coinbase account and withdraw it within minutes, all with extremely low fees. In contrast, a friend of mine was involved in a real estate deal that same week. Funds had to be moved between multiple parties to pay a lump sum for a distressed property and the process was filled with delays, red tape, and outrageous fees. People often say crypto is complicated and it is, at first. But once you’re in, traditional banks start to feel like the post office: clunky, outdated, and left behind in a world that’s already moved on to email.

The federal government should absolutely hold this money back from the City of Toronto. In fact, I'm surprised it's only $30 million given how much of the city didn't approve sixplexes.
