Who would you say is the target for this challenge? It's so hard to know what your body can handle. Example: I did yoga for 3 years and it was the best workout I've ever had, but I injured myself 3 times---2 times needing PT and till have issues. So, I see something like this and trust you, and the first 2 days seem so reasonable but I always hesitate b/c my body doesn't seem to do well. Anyway...asking publicly b/c I'm guessing others may have similar questions. šŸ‘Š 🫔
