Yep, but it seems to have been isolated to me only.  Now I've redeployed the check in more securely, but it needs testing.  It'll open back up in about a week.

Some hacker took advantage of a bug and stash away a thousand bucks from his wallet or something, that's why he stopped the check-in. I don't know if it's still part of the reason some users are restricted but let's hear from him @jumpbox.eth
