Timely time to write this!
I am hopeful that the incoming crypto-friendly administration will clarify legal path for tokens to be used the way many envisioned they might work during the ICO era of crypto.
My simplified frame of references is that Bitcoin is the replacement to the Federal Reserve, and Ethereum/Solana is the replacement to the Nasdaq. Using tokens for capital formation through to protocol incentives means new products can be owned by the people that use them.
