I seriously doubt we will see a "free for all" in the US beginning on Jan 20.
In fact, probably worth warning new crypto builders that the Securities and Exchange Act is still in place and issuing unregistered securities will put you in the cross hairs of trouble. We still need to push lawmakers for clarifications relevant to crypto.
