Apart from conflict of interest, what could be possible reason to vote ABSTAIN in below scenario? 1) in majority vote ie, only one candidate/proposal will be selected out of many 2) in quorum i.e., you assign preference to more than one candidate

If I don't vote, in any scenario, its probably bc I figure things have already been decided and voting is just theater.
