go on the weekend, solo or with a friend, sit at the bar, order literally anything on the menu, stay off your phone, observe the kitchen & staff, eviscerate your food, and you will experience what great restaurants are all about

i fell in love with restaurants (and cooking!) because there are few experiences that trigger + invigorate all of your senses simultaneously and because there’s something magical (and deeply human) about a group of people creating + delivering that experience to others
