PSA: if something is weird in your body, diagnose it with AI and then call a doctor or go to the hospital. Don’t rest it off or hope things go back to normal. Last night I caught a serious blood clot and I’m grateful that I overrode my ego and went to the ER. Be safe / healthy

So you went to the ER. The last leg you need is a work up as to what actually led to the blood clot or prothrombotic state. Do you have genetic mutation in clotting pathway or is this a result of something else. Glad you got it caught before a PE! Hematology follow up is probably
