👊🏻 Most Web3 teams won’t say it out loud, but here’s the truth:
The market isn’t the problem; execution is.
Liquidity is returning, just not to tokens with no narrative, no demand, and no reason to exist. ☠️
The old 2021–2024 playbook is dead.
Buybacks, burns, and staking announcements don’t impress a market that now cares about revenue, P/E, unlocks, and real users. ✍🏽
Almost none of the tokens in the market this year outperform the majors.
Institutions won’t take -70% risk when they can choose assets with real fundamentals.
Worse: many teams are drifting. 🔧
No direction. No urgency. Employees are half-working and half-job-hunting. Products built with no market understanding.
What now?
Teams need a war plan with clear KPIs, public commitments they stick to, and expectations that force excellence. 🔑
