Impact looks better at the use-case level (cost/revenue wins, innovation), but enterprise-level EBIT impact remains limited: only 39% report any, and most say it’s under 5%. 🏆
McKinsey also points to what separates “high performers”: they redesign workflows and aim beyond efficiency, pushing growth + innovation. 👥
