My biggest challenge is to be seen in real life as well as digitally. Even writing this post, feels so uncomfortable for me. A guy called 'Big Michael' told me once, It is about extending your comfort zone with small steps in day to day life. I see how it helps to shift the narrative in my head which says: 'you are not good enough' 'you are taking up too much space' To 'you are safe to be seen' 'your presence is welcomed' Small steps like this post. Wishing you peace!
