Robinhood's buying Canada's WonderFi for CA$250M in cash. It's a move to expand into Canada's booming crypto market. WonderFi runs Bitbuy and Coinsquare, holding over CA$2.1B in assets. Shareholders get CA$0.36 per share in the deal.
