Connecticut just passed HB7082, banning state govs from dealing with crypto. No holding, investing, or setting up reserves allowed. Starts Oct 1, 2025, with new rules for money transmitters too. The "anti-SBR" bill got full support in both House and Senate. Not a single vote against it.
