What are the most ambitious or important things that Base / Coinbase could take on? 

What could we do to make it 10x easier to use crypto? What could we do to make it 10x easier for crypto builders to win?

Easy way to spin up fixtures/test data ( like Factory Girl for Rails ) for integration testing dApps. Maybe this exists already? Last I was building was ‘22 🤷‍♂️

Yea, exactly. I recall foundry had a snapshot/fork mainnet thing but never used it for testing. Something where you can easily create EOAs with whatever state you need ( balances, tXs, etc ) but also have access to all mainnet contracts, and test your dapp client against it.
