Keep pushing, kenny! They were stubborn about Priority mode but finally enough people complaining convinced them to get rid of it. They can eventually be persuaded to do what the majority of their customers want. It just takes a LOT of persistence and repetition of the desired solution. Shame it has to be so hard.
